1. General
Indelle is a small fashion jewelry business based in Toronto, offering curated Indian and Western accessories. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless held by prior agreement.
2. Product Availability
Most items are unique, single-stock pieces (99% of our inventory).
Once sold, the item cannot be restocked unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in CAD.
Online checkout payments are accepted through the available payment gateways at checkout.
For pickup orders, customers may also pay via cash or Interac e-Transfer.
Any promotional or launch offers are subject to change at any time.
4. Order Pickups
We offer pickup from our residence, which is not a retail store.
The pickup location will be shared after the order is confirmed.
Customers may also WhatsApp us to hold a product and arrange a pickup date/time.
Held items will remain reserved for 24 hours, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Shipping
We ship across Canada using Canada Post or other carriers available at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, location, and chosen service.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier, not Indelle.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders cannot be cancelled after being shipped or picked up.
For any issues, customers must contact us on WhatsApp and we will resolve concerns individually.
7. Product Care
To maintain colour and shine, store jewelry in pouches/boxes and keep away from moisture, perfumes, and water.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only to process and fulfill orders and is never shared with third parties, except for shipping carriers when required.
9. Liability
Indelle is not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Loss or damage after the package has been marked “Delivered”
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities; materials are listed in product descriptions
10. Product Images & Representation
Product images are photographed to be as accurate as possible; however, colours may vary slightly based on screen resolution and lighting.
Some images featuring models are AI-generated and are used only for visual styling purposes.
